Your Contribution
The ZOS storage and sorting company is a seasonal company where the peak is from October until May. For our location in Emmeloord, we are looking for a Warehouse Employee who wants to help us close every year with a good result. Together with your colleagues you are responsible for properly processing, sorting and delivering the large quantities of (seed) potatoes that go through our warehouse.

Specifically, your main tasks include :

• Packaging potatoes with the small packaging machine

Once the packaging is done, you will assist with the following tasks:

• Ensuring smooth processing of the product (that we sort).
• Collect products from storage and prepare them for shipment.
• Unloading products using the forklift. Seed potatoes that are delivered at a later time must be stored correctly in the cooling.
• Administrative work to keep stocks in order.
• Keeping the warehouses in order.
• Maintenance of machines and buildings.

Your Profile
We are looking for an enthusiastic colleague who has an affinity with the agricultural sector. Maybe you already have experience in the sector, and otherwise we will teach you. You get the chance to master all activities and to take on more responsibilities in the long run.

Additionally, you have:

• MBO working and thinking level through education or work experience.
• You have technical insight. You are not afraid to see what is going on when there are minor malfunctions or problems with machines.
• You have a forklift certificate or are willing to obtain it via us. • You can work with basic computer applications.
• You work accurately.
• You like to work in a team.

What We Offer
This is a full-time job at the ZOS location in Emmeloord. We start with an annual contract with the intention to subsequently switch to an indefinite contract. You get the time and space to develop yourself in this role.
