Master Data Specialist

Your Contribution

As a Master Data Specialist, you ensure reliable, complete, and consistent master data within the Royal HZPC Group. You safeguard our data standards and support the organization in correctly recording, maintaining, and using data. In doing so, you directly contribute to smooth processes, reliable reporting, and well‑founded decision‑making.

You work closely with Data Owners and colleagues from Sales, Finance, and Production. You report to the Master Data Manager and share results with the Risk and Compliance Manager.

Specifically, your main tasks include :
  • Acting as the first point of contact for master data managers.
  • Supporting data migrations, conversions, and cleansing activities.
  • Contributing to master data projects, such as ERP implementations or harmonization initiatives.
Additional responsibilities may include:
  • Safeguarding data standards and guidelines.
  • Monitoring and improving data quality (accuracy, completeness, consistency).
  • Identifying and following up on data quality issues.
  • Reviewing and approving master data changes according to governance rules.
  • Reporting on data quality and compliance.
  • Promoting data awareness within the organization.
Your Profile
You have a sharp eye for detail, work in a structured manner, and feel responsible for data quality. You understand how data supports business processes and are able to engage colleagues in the importance of high‑quality data.

Additionally, you have:
  • Bachelor‑level working and thinking skills.
  • 2–5 years of experience in master data, data governance, or functional application management.
  • Knowledge of Master Data Management (MDM) and Data Governance.
  • Understanding of data models, data definitions, and business processes.
  • Experience with ERP systems (preferably NetSuite) is an advantage.
  • Understanding of data quality principles and KPIs.
  • Strong command of the English language.
  • Analytical, accurate, and communicatively skilled.
  • Process‑oriented, structured, and solution‑driven.
  • Competencies: responsible, results‑oriented, collaborative, and quality‑focused.

What We Offer
You will be working with us through a payroll construction. This means that you will carry out your daily work within our organization, but you will be formally employed by a payroll provider. They handle your contract, payroll administration, and employer‑related matters, while you remain an integral part of our team in terms of your role and responsibilities.

You will have the opportunity to apply and further develop your expertise in a dynamic environment that is constantly evolving. This is a temporary full‑time position for approximately six months.
